Guest access- Each guest will have access to the house via personalized keyless entry.- Check-in is after 3:00 pm- Check-out is before 11:00 am
Other things to note- No smoking- No pets allowed- No events, parties, or large gatherings- 8 guest maximum - Must be at least 25 years old to book- Additional fees and taxes may apply- Photo ID may be required upon check-in- Use the bunkbed at your own risk- Swim and boat at your own risk. There will not be a lifeguard on duty, and there are alligators in the water- Do not feed or interact with wildlife and alligators
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION- This single-story home requires 1 flight of stairs for entry- There is no fence around the river or the dock. - This property may not be suitable for young children- Your safety matters. This property features 6 exterior security cameras: front facing the driveway, the fire pit, the stairs, the side yards. No interior cameras. BOAT RAMP USAGE LIABILITY WAIVER: The property includes access to a private boat ramp, which is available for guest use. By using the boat ramp, guests acknowledge and accept that they do so at their own risk. The property owners, managers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any injuries, accidents, damages, or losses resulting from the use of the boat ramp, including but not limited to launching or retrieving watercraft, personal injuries, or property damage.
Guests are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the boat ramp is conducted safely and in accordance with local laws and regulations. Children must be supervised at all times near the boat ramp and surrounding waterfront areas.
By proceeding with the booking and/or using the property’s amenities, guests confirm they have read and understood this disclaimer and accept full responsibility for any use of the boat ramp. Please contact property management with any questions
